Arrival and departure
On the day of your arrival your room will be available as of 2 pm. Should you arrive after 7 pm, we kindly ask you to let us know by phone. On departure day we kindly request you to check out before 11am.

Local taxes
The local taxes are 1,50 € per person and night (children under 14 years old are not submitted to local taxes)

Cancellation conditions
Up to 4 weeks in advance your booking can be cancelled without being charged anything. Between 4 and 2 weeks in advance 40% of the total sum are being charged. Upon a cancellation of less than 2 weeks before arrival you will be charged 80% of the total sum. At delayed or earlier the total sum is being charged.

Cancellation insurance
We advise you to get a hotel cancellation insurance. This insurance will reimburse your expenses upon not being able to travel or upon having to travel back home in the middle of your holiday.
